We know travel can be stressful and knowing your dogs are in expert hands, having as much fun as you are, can change everything. We offer competitive rates for premium service. We treat your dog like they were our grandbabies, each with their individual needs and wants. We feel that how you care for them at home should be how they are cared for with us at no extra cost.

They will need a temperament test before the board for the first time, to make sure we are the right choice for them. It is a four hour test where we slowly introduce them to the various types of dogs they can encounter while playing. Every dog is tested this way that comes to us so you can feel assured that they are good with all types of dogs, even yours.

Our facility wants to make sure they get as much play as possible so unless they are eating, just had a bath, or are up for naptime, then they will be out playing with the daycare kids either in the indoor play area or outside when the weather is nice. Both areas come equipped with our unique recirculating water system that provides access to fresh filtered water so they are never drinking after another dog. Both areas are always staffed to make sure things stay clean and the dogs play nicely with each other.

All dogs or families of dogs will be given a suite or crate that best matches their size and preference. We do not have better suites than others as we believe all dogs deserve the same level of stellar care and attention and prefer to make sure everyone has somewhere to sleep that makes them feel the most comfortable.

What to Bring?

When know dropping your fur kid off for a stay can be stressful for both so here’s a packing list to make sure your pup is comfortable and your mind can be at ease:

  • Beds - all beds and blankets are welcome but please know sometimes dogs can get anxious and may tear them up at night to get your scent as spread out as possible, so we cannot guarantee its condition at pick up.

  • Food - its import to keep dogs on a consistent diet to avoid upset stomachs, please put them in a sealable container for safe storage. A fridge is available for food that needs it.

  • Medication - this includes any anxiety or occasional meds that they may need during their stay and devices like cones and thundershirts

  • Toys - We only allow toys that do not make noise like crunching or squeaking as the dogs will only have access to it at naptime and overnight. The rest of the time they will be playing with their friends.

  • Clothes that smell like you - This is highly encouraged as it brings a lot of comfort to your dog, especial for first time boarders. So don’t throw that gym shirt in the wash just yet, the more it smells like you the better.

What not to Bring?

  • Bowls - unless they need a slow feeder or are very picky about what their food is served in (no judgement, we know it happens) then we will not use bowls provided as we need to use our own for storage and distribution purposes, bowl elevators are provided to the dogs that need it.

  • Toys that squeak - it will drive the other dogs crazy

  • Apple tracking devices - they can come off of collars and be eaten by the dogs.
